a) Wrong goods received.
b) The goods are damaged or defective when you received time.
You can return the product up to 24 hours before receiving it.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, refunds via Online Banking, Credit Cards as well as PayPal, it will take 7-14 working days for your refund to be reflected into your bank / credit card / PayPal account from the day your refund was initiated. We don’t accept Returns, Exchanges and Refund except our products has damaged or broken before delivery to you.
